Rocklands is designed for a range of modular uses of various sizes. We host television and multimedia shoots, weekly markets, small gatherings, business meetings, cooking demonstrations / classes, event pop ups, birthday parties, weddings, yoga classes, wellness retreats, and food truck pop ups.
A seated event can seat roughly 50 people. A standing cocktail event can host roughly 65 guests.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. If you cancel your event your deposit will NOT be refunded. We will be happy to reschedule your event at mutual availability. Rocklands Market is understanding when dealing with unforeseen circumstances and will use its judgement and manage each case as we see fit. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. You may not cancel over the phone or via voicemail.
All items brought in by you, your vendors, your event planner, caterer, or your guests will need to be removed. After all of the trash is gathered, the trash bags should be placed in the receptacles provided on the property. You will be charged a cleaning and / or damage fee based on status of a post event follow up.
All items are to arrive when you or your vendors arrive and are to be taken off the property when your event ends.
